Milcon Kompakt is a high-efficiency industrial liquid particle filtration system specifically developed for metal processing fluids. It separates and filters all metal and non-metal contaminants mixed in metal processing oils, allowing for the filtration of various industrial liquids with filtration levels ranging from 10 microns to 100 microns. Milcon Kompakt performs filtration using paper filters, and the filtration level can be adjusted according to the selected paper filter type. The special sealing system ensures the containment of the filtered liquid and elevates the liquid level much higher than other filter types, allowing the filtered liquid to pass efficiently through the filter paper due to its own weight. Milcon Kompakt filtration units operate fully automatically, and the company manufactures units ranging from 150 lt/min to 1,000 lt/min capacity. This provides flexibility to meet various industrial needs in terms of workload capacities.

Milcon Kompakt provides space efficiency compared to other filter types. Additionally, thanks to the use of high-efficiency paper filters, paper consumption is lower compared to other systems. With the use of hydrostatic pressure, it's possible to employ paper filters with higher precision levels, allowing for effective filtration of finer particles. The usage of paper filters in Milcon Kompakt prevents issues like tearing and folding, ensuring a longer-lasting and more reliable performance of the system.
